Shanghai Guangsheng Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 as Shanghai Guangsheng Plastic Co., Ltd. and took its current name in 2008. We are a professional cup lid factory integrating material R&D, design, mold making, production, sales and service.
For over 30 years, we have focused on the food plastic packaging industry, providing customers with a one-stop production system covering material formulation, sheet extrusion, mold design and machining, and thermoforming.
Our facility covers 20,000 m² with a total investment of RMB 200 million. With 150 employees, we produce and sell 1.5 billion disposable plastic lids every year, widely used in the tea drink, coffee and foodservice industries.
Started supplying PP and PS sheets for the food packaging industry.
Became an approved sheet supplier to Mengniu, Yili and Bright Dairy, developing dedicated sheets for multi-cup yogurt and lidding films.
Founded Shanghai Guangwang Plastic in Chongming, introducing an imported Davis-Standard PET line — one of the first private domestic PET sheet production lines.
Worked with material-science professors at ECUST to develop functional special materials and bio-based agricultural films.
Became a supplier to Xiang Piao Piao and optimized material formulas, saving around RMB 30 million annually; also became the exclusive lid supplier to Costa, Dicos and FamilyMart.
Developed China's first patented two-piece anti-leak lid. In the same year, created a new dine-in PP lid for Starbucks, reducing weight by 10%.
