As for plastic sheets, we are able to make surface treatment as orange peel, twill, sanding, extinction, coating, silicon oil coating, corona etc and can also produce performance improvement sheet like anti-static, conductive, flame resistant, anti-UV, cold-resistant, high temperature-resistant and high-barrier.
The thermoforming products are disposable medicine cup、medication liquid container、plastic cup 、food lunch boxes、plastic lids of all paper cups ,fresh trays etc environmental-friendly food containers.
The company is well equipped with worldly-advanced wholly-automatic cup line from German ILLIG、wholly-automatic thermoforming machines from Japan ASANO、fully-automatic advanced plastic sheet lines from German、USA and China.
And we have our own professional mould designing-making team which has more than 20 years experiences and is equipped with the full imported CNC processing center and the concerning mould-making equipments .And currently we are one of the few manufactures which can design and making mould by ourselves for the full imported forming machines in China.
The certificates which can be provided by us: QS certificate of Chinese food packaging material permit, test report from the third party. FDA and SGS test report that recognized in European and American markets, FDA certificate in USA and ISO 9001-2008 certificate .
